BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

When booking your treatment with us please be aware that these are the terms you agree to when making an appointments

Booking Fee

£15-25 per person (dependent on treatment/package choice) is required to secure and confirm all appointments.

Booking fee's are non refundable but may be transferrable to another date if that request is received with more than 3 full working days notice (requests received out of spa opening hours will be taken from the next working day)
 

Cancellations/ Reschedules

Whilst we understand that it is not always possible to make your appointment, If you need to reschedule or cancel please be aware you must give at least 3 working days notice

Appointments rescheduled with more than 3 full working days can be moved to an alternative date without loss of monies paid in addition you will not liable to any additional charges, however the part payment booking fee is NOT refundable if you decide to cancel your appointment

BOOKINGS CANCELLED OR RECHEDULED WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRE FULL TREATMENT COST
