Booking & cancellation policies

As advised on your information received when booking your treat these are the terms you agree to when making an appointments

Booking Fee

We politely request that a minimum of £10 per person booking fee is paid to secure and confirm treatments and packages, this is then deducted from the outstanding balance on the day of your appointment.

Booking fee's are non refundable but may be transferrable to another date if that request is received with more than 3 full working days notice (requests received out of spa opening hours will be taken from the next working day)


Whilst we understand that it is not always possible to make your appointment, If you need to reschedule or cancel please try and give us at least 72 hours notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 3 full working days may not liable to any cancellation charges. This is at venue discretion

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 3 full working days will result in the loss of any booking fee's paid.

For appointments where no booking fee has been paid a cancellation charge of £10 will be added to any future bookings. the appointment cost must also be paid in full at the time of booking
