Directions

You will find us on the first floor of Blackpool FC Hotel located close to the gym.

From the main hotel entrance, in the foyer there is a security buzzer to give you access into the hotel, go to the first floor turn right into the corridor past the gym and follow it right down to the end, go through the double doors on your right and THE SPA is there.

Parking

HOTEL PARKING

The hotel has free parking subject to availability, there are several options for this

*Directly outside the hotel, enter via the security barrier no pass needed but you do need to press the buzzer on the barrier and wait to be buzzed into the car park. Your patience is appreciated as the hotel reception may be seeing to guests.

*Small corner car park directly across the road from the hotel entrance next to the travel lodge REQUIRES PASS

 TICKETS/CAR PASSES

Are subject to availability and must be collected from the hotel reception on the first floor or foyer concierge.

Parking in the gym and NHS spaces is not allowed.

Please do telephone the hotel for up to date information regarding parking as this may be subject to change.

ON STREET PARKING

There is free parking within a few minutes walk located by the traffic lights on Bloomfield Road and Central Drive, please do be careful if parking in side streets as those adjacent to and within the direct vicinity to the ground are restricted, after the lights the restriction is lifted and you can walk to us within a few minutes {Please do double check the street before parking}

PAY & DISPLAY

There are plenty of pay & display car parks surrounding the hotel and football grounds, these are priced at approx £3.50 for 2 hours parking.

All parking is at your own responsibility

Bookings and cancellation policies

Booking Fee

We politely request that a minimum of £10 per person booking fee is paid to secure and confirm certain treatments and packages, this is then deducted from the outstanding balance on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations

Whilst we understand that it is not always possible to make your appointment, If you need to reschedule or cancel please try and give us at least 72 hours notice. 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours are not liable to any cancellation charges

If a booking fee has been paid and an appointment rescheduled within 48 hours we will swap that date for you without incurring any fee's, any appointments cancelled will incur the loss of your booking fee. 

CANCELLATIONS OR THE NEED TO RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR BOOKING FEE

For appointments where no booking fee has been paid a cancellation charge of £10 will be added to any future bookings if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
